Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
- South Africa: 3–7 business days
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland): 10–18 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 12–20 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 14–21 business days
